All relocated items state original source, status, disposition, legal type, relocation approval, and substantive status. Schedules are proposed constitutional components; commentary and proposals acquire no legal force by inclusion in this directory. The historical source intentionally retains obsolete wording to prevent silent loss.
Continuation supporting proposals: Judicial Institutions Law, Return and Restitution Law, and confidential reporting. The external package-level prior-pass archive preserves superseded review text; the continuation JSON records exact constitutional before/after changes.
Latest implementation proposals: Population Enumeration Law and Transition Implementation Plan framework. Historical duplicate snapshots are stored in the downloadable package’s review-archive, outside the repository overlay.
