Intended legal type: constitutional transitional schedule. Relocation approved: yes. Substance: adopted as an approved drafting decision; legal force awaits constitutional ratification.

The initial configuration is twenty common geographic districts, each electing one Israeli Caucus, one Palestinian Caucus, and one Minority Caucus representative: sixty authorized Assembly seats, twenty per caucus. This is an initial configuration, not an immutable Assembly size. Adjustments follow Article 13 Section 6. Operative vote thresholds remain fractions under Article 20.

This schedule does not select the reserved population-enumeration mechanism.
